Late Policy
Your private tour guide is booked specifically for the length of time mentioned on our website. If you or your group are running late after 10 minutes of the scheduled tour time, the group/individual will be considered a "no-show" and the tour will be cancelled, with no refund available.

Unfortunately, we do not offer REFUNDS

For groups of 10 or more, please contact the foundation at least 2 weeks before the desired tour date.
